We were able to jar three more jars of tomatoes last night (on a "school night" of all things). It must have been 28C/82F in the house last night and very muggy but, it has to be done before the tomatoes go too ripe. I don't think it could have waited any longer. Besides, I have another two jars to do today and hopefully a couple more over the weekend. I must say, jarring tomatoes in the extreme heat and humidity is not my favourite thing to do. I'm sure it won't cross my mind in the Winter while I'm enjoying them.
I will spare you all on the next few jars and just update on how many I did total at the end of Summer.
